Refund policy
This covers everything on the pricing page. Nothing here limits a right you have under the consumer law where you live.
Fat Cat Pack
Fat Cat Packs are refunded per pack. Any packs from an order that are still sealed in your inventory can be refunded within 14 days of buying them, and you get the full $4.99 back for each pack refunded. You do not have to refund a whole order: a partial refund removes only as many sealed Fat Cat Packs as it refunds, and you keep the rest. Once a pack has been opened it cannot be refunded.
Fat Cat Membership
Cancel at any time, from your account in the city or by writing to us. You keep the membership until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. A month that has already started is not refunded.
If a membership payment is refunded, the sealed Fat Cat Pack that came with that month is removed if it is still sealed.
A charge that went wrong
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or paid for something that never arrived in the city, write to us and it is refunded in full.
What a refund takes back
A refund removes one sealed Fat Cat Pack from your inventory for each pack it refunds, up to the number you still have sealed. It never takes back the city cash, the supplies or the energy cap from a pack that has already been opened.
How to ask
Write to support@meowstreets.com from the email address on your cat's account, with the order number from your Creem receipt and, for packs, how many you want refunded. Creem pays the refund back to the card or account you paid with.
Disputed charges
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank — it is faster for you. A disputed charge is handled like a refund: it takes back the packs from that order that are still sealed, and it also ends any membership straight away and closes the store to the account until staff have reviewed it.
