The Cat Cafe
Under the Old Quarter, down the steps behind the bakery. Two of the three things here are cheap and repeatable — one claim each every 8 hours — and the third is the most expensive thing in the city that does nothing for you at all. Every picture on the wall is looked at by a staff member before it goes up, and can be taken down by the cat who hung it at any time.
