What it changes
The perk is permanent once the course finishes: +4 points on every crime, +7% crime cash and +2 points on the chance of a second payout. Every course a cat has completed is folded into one modifier the whole game reads, so this stacks with crew perks, job perks, spent merits and a fed companion rather than replacing any of them.
