Happiness regenerates at 1 a minute up to the cap the hideout sets, and training multiplies its gain by half plus happiness over two hundred. A cap of 750 is a training multiplier of ×4.25 at full happiness, against ×1.00 in a Cardboard box. The price is the whole cost: there is no rent, and nothing is ever taken back.
