What it changes
The perk is permanent once the course finishes: Loot and rares sell for 10% more, and market consumables cost 5% less. Every course a cat has completed is folded into one modifier the whole game reads, so this stacks with crew perks, job perks, spent merits and a fed companion rather than replacing any of them.
