What it changes
The perk is permanent once the course finishes: Listing fee drops to 1% and you can hold 30 open listings. Every course a cat has completed is folded into one modifier the whole game reads, so this stacks with crew perks, job perks, spent merits and a fed companion rather than replacing any of them.
