What it is for
Shipbreaker's Yard trains all four stats alike. Whichever of your four stats is highest trains at ×2.8 here. Training spends energy and a little happiness — half the energy, capped at what you have — so a full hideout and a fed companion are worth more at the gym than anywhere else in the city. Energy regenerates at 0.5 a minute, so a 100-point bar is 3 hours 20 minutes of training a day if you never spend it elsewhere.
